💵 Rates
- Foreign guests: Listed rates are tax-exempt for guests who present a valid passport and immigration entry stamp at check-in.
- Payment methods: Cash in Argentine pesos, or credit/debit card with a 10% surcharge.
📋 General Conditions
- Bookings longer than 7 days are subject to review. We only accept bookings from guests who do not reside in the Greater Mendoza area.
- Cancellations within the stated deadlines incur no penalty.
🤝 Guest Conduct
We expect all guests to respect the hostel's rules, staff, and fellow guests. Any violation may result in expulsion without a refund.
❌ No-Shows & Cancellations
- Flexible Booking: Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancelling within 48 hours of check-in incurs a charge for the first night; no-shows or last-minute cancellations are charged the full reservation amount.
- Non-refundable Booking: The full stay is charged at the time of cancellation, or in the event of a no-show on the check-in date.
