What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If you plan to arrive after 11:30 PM, please let us know in advance so we can arrange late check-in. Free luggage storage if you arrive early
Where exactly is the hostel located?
We are located at Avenida Bartolomé Mitre 1237, Mendoza, Argentina. Right in the heart of the city, just a 2-minute walk from Plaza Independencia.
Do you offer an airport shuttle?
No, we don't offer an airport shuttle. However, if you don't have a way to get to Hostel Plaza, we can arrange a ride for you upon request.
Do you have parking?
No, we don't have private parking. There are paid parking garages nearby within a few blocks.
Payments & Cancellations

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards (both local and international), and bank transfers for Argentine guests.
What is your cancellation policy?
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. If you don't show up on your check-in date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card.

Is breakfast included?
Yes, complimentary breakfast is included for all guests. Served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Do you have a kitchen and common areas?
Yes. We are located in a beautiful historic house with a fully equipped shared kitchen, a lovely courtyard with parrilla (BBQ) space, and a comfortable shared lounge to relax and meet other travelers.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes. We have fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi available for free throughout the entire hostel.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
After check-out you can leave your luggage with us free of charge. For storage BEFORE check-in (if you arrive early), we recommend Bounce (bounce.com), a luggage storage service with several locations nearby.

Is there an age restriction?
Yes. To maintain our atmosphere, check-in is only permitted for guests between 18 and 45 years old. Guests under 18 may only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in a private room.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed. Please contact us before booking to confirm availability and any applicable arrangements.
Can I smoke inside the hostel?
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas (patio). Smoking indoors may result in a fine and immediate expulsion from the hostel.
Does the hostel organize social events?
